My Feeling for Snow Original Watercolour by Kari Herbert

This 'mini' watercolour painting evokes the distinct quiet, the steadiness and the crispness of a snowy morning. 

I painted this when the rest of the country was covered in snow, whereas we - being by the sea - hadn't seen a single snowflake. I dreamed the snow into being as I walked the land. 

Painted on 300gsm watercolour paper. 137mm x 80mm.

Unframed, with mount.
